Hey! I’m Kara — PTA grad, mom of 3, and someone who completely transformed my body through consistent strength training and simple nutrition changes. After 3 C-sections, I felt weak, tired, and honestly a little lost in my own skin. So I switched gears — I stepped away from group fitness classes and started lifting weights on my own.
